A group of five people are needed for each hospital visit.

2 persons dressed as Christmas trees,
1 person dress to be determined by the team leader, ( No Santa's)
1 photographer / gift giver,
1 coordinator.

If you have a team that is interested the first step is to fill
out the information sheet listed under sign up.
After receiving conformation from smiles for life trustees.....

1. Contact the hospital of your choice,
explain the mission, ask permission
to visit patients.

2. Make a list of each contact person belonging to your hospital.
Remember to get cell phone numbers,office numbers,
as well as e-mail addresses.

3. Set a date and time to visit with your group and hospital.

4. Find out how many children you will be visiting.

5. find one alternate willing to do any of the five duties.

5. Fill out press release information for the
major newspapers in the area and send in.
(a press release form will be given to you at sign up.
Arrangement will then be made to supply you with you outfits and gifts .

On the Day :
You will need to arrive at the Pre- determined time.
Walk to each floor that has authorized clearance.
Be sure to stop at each floors nurses station to
get clearance for the rooms to be visited.
